Trainee Lawyer
Building the foundation of your legal career.
Overview
Our Trainee Lawyers Programme is designed to provide law graduates with a structured and comprehensive introduction to the practice of law. The programme bridges academic knowledge with real‑world legal experience, enabling trainee lawyers to develop the practical skills, professional discipline, and ethical standards required in modern legal practice.
Trainee lawyers are actively involved in legal research, drafting of legal documents, court procedures, and client matters across a range of practice areas. Under the guidance and supervision of experienced lawyers, trainees gain hands‑on exposure to real cases while developing confidence, responsibility, and sound professional judgment.
We believe that the training period is a crucial stage in shaping competent and ethical lawyers. Our programme is built to support learning, encourage growth, and lay a strong foundation for a successful legal career.
Application Process
Interested candidates are invited to apply for our one‑year Trainee Lawyers Programme by submitting their CV along with a brief cover letter outlining their interest, either through our online application form or via email. All applications are carefully reviewed by our Human Resources team in collaboration with senior lawyers, and shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview. Successful applicants will be offered a place on the one‑year training scheme, which is designed to provide structured legal training and hands‑on experience. Due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. All applications are treated with strict confidentiality.
