Thekla Panagi

Thekla Panagi is an Associate at Bybloserve, working within the Corporate and Commercial legal team. She is involved in a broad range of legal matters, including contacting due diligence, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and supporting the team on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. Thekla regularly undertakes legal research and analysis, with a particular focus on corporate law, and supports senior lawyers in the coordination and execution of cross-border transactions. She also contributes to client advisory work on matters related to company law, contract law, commercial law and immigration law.
