Thea Mylona

Thea Mylona is an Associate at Bybloserve, working within the Corporate and Commercial legal team. She is involved in a wide range of matters, including the establishment and administration of trusts and foundations, the provision of worldwide corporate and advisory services. Thea also supports the team in conducting due diligence, preparing and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements, and assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. She regularly assists senior lawyers in the coordination and execution of cross-border transactions, and through her involvement in both transactional and advisory work, she is developing strong expertise in servicing the needs of local and international clients across the corporate and fiduciary practice areas.
