Stefani Michael

Stefani Michael is an Associate at Frangos Law and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Real Estate team. She advises local and international clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and real estate development.

Her work involves conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing corporate, commercial, and real estate agreements, and supporting the execution of cross-border transactions and corporate reorganizations. Stefani also contributes to legal research and analysis on complex regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in the areas of company law, contract law, and real estate regulation.

Stefani is developing a strong foundation in both transactional and advisory work, with growing involvement in multi-jurisdictional projects and client advisory services.
