Professional Experience
Panagiotis Panagiotou is an Associate at Frangos Law and a member of the firm’s Corporate Litigation and Transactional team. His practice spans a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on complex corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes, breach of directors’ duties and claims arising from commercial agreements. Alongside his litigation work, Panagiotis is actively involved in the firm’s transactional practice. He advises both local and international clients on acquisitions, mergers, real estate transactions and joint ventures. He regularly conducts legal due diligence, risk assessments and assists in structuring and negotiating commercial deals. Panagiotis is also experienced in drafting complex legal opinions on matters of contract law, corporate law and trust law, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance in the context of cross-border transactions.
