Marios Frangos

Marios Frangos is a Trainee Lawyer at Frangos Law in Larnaca. He focuses primarily on corporate and transactional matters, supporting the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice. His work includes assisting with company law matters, preparing and reviewing corporate documentation, and drafting a range of transactional agreements.

He frequently conducts legal research and prepares analysis on commercial and regulatory issues, supporting senior lawyers with legal memoranda, internal reports and client-focused material. In, addition to his corporate work, Marios assists the firm’s litigation team by undertaking legal research and preparing case-related materials, enhancing the team’s ability to address contentious matters efficiently.

Marios has completed an LLM in Maritime Law at City, University of London, building on his LLB from Queen Mary University of London. His academic background strengthens his analytical approach and complements his involvement across both transactional and contentious work.
