Andreas Andreou

Andreas Andreou is an Attorney-at-Law based in Athens, advising on corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance. His practice includes the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, legal support in corporate structuring, and assistance in the execution of complex transactions involving multiple jurisdictions. 

He has been involved in the preparation and review of a wide range of commercial and contractual documentation, including long-term service and technology agreements, as well as in the coordination of multi-party legal matters and litigation workflows. His experience also extends to advising clients operating in technology-driven sectors, including digital infrastructure and IT services. 

He has also gained experience in EU law and regulatory matters through his work in Brussels, where he contributed to legal research and publications relating to data protection and digital regulation. 

In parallel, he served as Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Galatsi (2024–2026), where he was involved in the legal and operational aspects of public procurement processes, including the structuring and implementation of centralized tendering procedures and the negotiation of public contracts.  

He is actively engaged in EU-level governance through his participation in the European Committee of the Regions, where he has contributed to policy discussions and delivered interventions on matters relating to sustainable urban development and environmental regulation.
